Please join us at the ATA62 dinner and social event for a relaxing evening to meet new friends, catch up with old ones, and network.

Please choose one appetizer and one entrée from the list below, and indicate your choice on the registration page.

Choice of one appetizer:

• Vegetable Samosa: Triangular pastry, potatoes and peas filling, mildly spicy (vegetarian).
• Vegetable Pakoras: Crispy fritters of potatoes, onions, cauliflower, and spinach (vegetarian).
• Mirchi Baji: Deep fried jalapeño peppers, sweet chutney (vegetarian).

Choice of one entrée:

• Chicken Tikka Masala: Boneless chicken chunks, marinated and cooked in Tandoor oven (served with rice).
• Lamb Rogan Josh: Lamb chunks cooked in dry ginger and anise flavored sauce (served with rice).
• Meat Biriyani: Biriyani (spiced and herbed basmati rice) with choice of chicken, lamb, or shrimp.
• Vegetable Malai Kofta: Croquettes of ground mixed veggies cooked in mild sauce, raisins, and nuts (vegetarian; served with rice).

Soft drinks with unlimited refills, or chai tea.
