Maikhou Vang is a Hmong Medical Interpreter from HCMC will be coordinating Hmong Groups to help define medical terms in Hmong from English along with Elisa Gustafson; Instructor of "Interpreting in the Health Care Setting" at the University of Minnesota, Program in Translation and Interpreting.  Dr. Bruce Downing, Associate Professor Emeritus of Linguistics at the University of Minnesota, and recognized authority on spoken language interpreting standards and protocols will be helping out in the process of defining terms.
