Come hear Judge Luis Bartolomei present about how due process and the observance of human rights are only possible through access to services, including human services, medical services and the courts.  Judge Bartolomei will go on to explain that what comes first and foremost in creating justice is access and subsequently, the role that interpreters play in allowing access is central.
