  Platinum Sponsors will have their name incorporated into the Conference Title, will receive 11 coupons for admission, a sign by the registration desk and on the podium, 2 thank you acknowledgements at the podium, listing on the program cover, advertising space in the program, and a vendor table.
• 2 Gold Sponsor – $2,500.00
  Gold Sponsors will have their name listed after the Platinum Sponsor, will receive 7 coupons for admission, a sign by the registration desk and on the podium, 2 thank you acknowledgements at the podium, listing on the program cover, advertising space in the program, and a vendor table.
• 3 Silver Sponsor – $1,250.00
  Silver Sponsors will be listed after Gold sponsor(s), will receive 4 coupons for admission, a sign by the registration desk and on the podium, 2 thank you acknowledgements at the podium, listing on the program cover, advertising space in the program, and a vendor table.
