There is a current certification for English into Romanian Translation at ATA, created this year of 2023, I was the first and only one to take it from USA, still pending results. I was certified by the Romanian Ministry of Justice and The Romanian Ministry of Culture since 1998. A TOEFL test was passed in 2001, and an English test (5 hrs) for the legal roster in MN... a couple of years ago...Which resulted in the only one listed legal interpreter for Romanian in MN.
